Join the JVDP to gain experiences and make new friends

The Junior Volunteer Development Program (JVDP) is a youth development program run by CFA volunteers that provides a wide variety of safe, enjoyable and challenging activities for young people aged 11 to 16.  This is a FREE program and the only cost is your time. 

The JVDP is delivered by approximately 150 CFA brigades, and the objectives of the program are to:

Juniors are involved in a number of activities including team building activities,

practical skills activities, fundraising, first aid, community service, sporting and social activities, and excursions. They also have the opportunity to compete in junior competitions held every year.

The Junior Volunteer Development Program supports brigades in conducting the program by providing Youth Development Training for leaders, first aid level 1 courses for Juniors, funding for activities and excursions, and polo shirts, caps and overalls for all Junior participants.

We will be holding a “Juniors Information Session” at our station on Wednesday 14th July @ 6.30pm. We would like to invite all interested juniors and their parents to attend. RSVP to Elissa Jans 0438 001 281.
